Building Performance Analyst

The Building Analyst position is at the heart of our business. This person is responsible for conducting home energy audits and delivering analysis and proposals to our customers. The candidate should be a strong leader with a friendly demeanor. He/she must have disciplined work habits and a proven track record of building and following systems based on accountability and results. The candidate should be knowledgeable of sales systems, and uphold the highest ethical standards. Experience with Energy Auditing, HVAC, Insulation and/or building trades are preferred. We are looking for an individual who possesses technical aptitude and enjoys working with data and numbers. Knowledge HVAC sales and other energy-related building products is a big plus. While knowledge of building science is not required, it will be an essential part of the job, so the candidate must be a quick and enthusiastic learner. This is a fast-paced position and environment, so is efficiency with systems and good time management are necessary traits.

Some of the outcomes for this role include:

• Lead audit teams in the completion of 5 audits / week.
• Reinforce and build on Meadowlark Energy’s promise of delivering top quality building performance expertise.
• Revenue target of $1M/year
• Self generate appointments and audits and participate in community outreach activities.
• Play a key role in building a high quality team and training new auditors.

Building Performance Assistant

• Complete certification for Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst and Envelope Analyst.
• Fully train up on Meadowlark Energy process and software tools.
• Assist Building Analyst in all audit field work, work estimates, and report presentations.
• Self generate appointments and audits and participate in community outreach activities.

Community Outreach Team Leader

Our Community Outreach Group is is responsible for educating customers through neighborhood canvassing and special events marketing in order to schedule appointments for our Building Analyst Team. We are looking for people to join our team who are excited about energy efficiency and building performance and love to talk to our customers about the issues that they face with their homes. This role requires a great deal of motivation, ability to self start, and willingness to work in a results based environment.

Key outcomes for the team leader include:

• Gain mastery of key elements of building performance and the Meadowlark Energy Process.
• Recruit, train, and manage teams of Technicians and Consultants working in our neighborhood and special event programs.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Deliver a minimum of 20 scheduled appointments per team to the Building Analyst Team.
