Michigan Saves Home Energy Loan Program

Homeowners can finance up to $12,500 on a low interest unsecured loan for home energy improvements through the Michigan Saves home energy loan program. This program is available for owner-occupied, single-family, primary residences. Multiple-family residences with 1–4 units where one unit is owner-occupied are also eligible. Rentals and secondary residences are not eligible.
